**About the role**:
Realizar los análisis de Vitamina C a producto terminado, incluyendo arranque de línea y cada uno de los mezclados de cada producto. Seguir estrictamente las Buenas prácticas de laboratorio y de manufactura. Lograr resultados alineados a los estándares, objetivos y políticas de calidad de la corporación. **Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Realizar el análisis de Vitamina C en Producto Terminado de las áreas de Nutricionales,



BIB y Consumer.
- Preparar reactivo necesarios para realizar los análisis.
- Responsable de la liberación de Vitamina C en línea (líneas BIB y Nutricionales).
- Realizar reportes de resultados emitidos.
- Responsable de la preparación de soluciones para el análisis de vitamina C en proceso.
- Manejar y etiquetar correctamente las soluciones y reactivos de trabajo.
- Planear y ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento, calibración y verificación de los instrumentos analíticos pertenecientes al área.
- Realizar la investigación y seguimiento a los resultados fuera de especificación (OOS) detectados en los análisis de productos terminados, productos intermedios y/o materias primas.
- Notificar los resultados fuera de especificación al Administrador del laboratorio de Fisicoquímicos y Microbiología o su designado.

- Conocimiento de GMP y BPL
- Manejo de Instrumentación y equipo de laboratorio.
- Manejo de reactivos y estándares de laboratorio.
- Manejo de investigaciones de laboratorio
- Manejo básico de Microsoft
- Conocimiento de equipo de protección personal de laboratorio.
