**Responsibilities**:
- Supervises a small team consisting of support staff (typically up to 10).
- Makes evaluative judgments to solve problems based on analysis of factual information.
- Directly impacts the team by ensuring the quality of tasks provided by self and others.
- Utilizes developed communication to exchanges ideas and potentially complex/sensitive information. May act as backup for manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic level experience in a related role with limited experience in people management.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
**Requisitos / conocimientos**:
- Licenciatura concluida, deseable título.
- 3 a 5 años Experiência en herramientas corporativas, p2p, BRM system.
- Proactivo
