As a Logistics Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless arrival of imported product orders to our warehouse, optimizing delivery times and operating costs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Request and track required documentation for customs procedures.
- Track open purchase orders.
- Submit procedures to VUCEM (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior).
- Request payments for procedures.
- Calculate tax payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse.




- Prepare weekly import reports for the finance department.
- Review and validate expense accounts.
- Submit payments to suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic and physical records of each operation's foreign trade.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in logistics,International trade or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
