We are seeking a motivated and experienced **QA Manager** to join our customer's managerial team.
In this role, you will act as both a QA transformation leader and a QA manager, working closely with the EPAM team to drive the AI-enablement of the customer's QA processes, and managing various QA initiatives within our client, a global leader in insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the EPAM team focusing on the AI enablement of the customer's QA processes and documentation
- Manage current, smaller QA initiatives and engagements from our client
- Collaborate with a distributed team worldwide that includes stakeholders from the customer's side, EPAM, and other vendors
- Demonstrate excellent program and team management skills
- Facilitate significant growth and development opportunities
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Significant managerial and QA background
- Proven track record in major customer QA activities
- Strong experience in leading project or program-level engagements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with a globally distributed team across different working hours
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
