**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor and assess financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable,



and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and records in compliance with both U.S. and Mexican accounting standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in both countries.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a financial leader, ideally in a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Mexican accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
