**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Work alongside the CFO and provide guidance and support to team members
- Maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, month end closes and consolidated financial statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to the CFO
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Manage and prepare consolidated multi entity financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
**Requirements**:
- 4-5 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, financial planning and analysis tools, and accounting software
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP

Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per hour
