Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer support in a fast-paced call environment, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls

Assist with essential home service needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), resolving customer concerns with care and efficiency





Complete professional certification programs as part of your role Requirements

Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) in fixed 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation (no class schedule conflicts)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Quiet, dedicated home workspace

1+ year of professional customer service experience

Ability to multitask across multiple systems Technical requirements

Laptop with Intel i5 (or equivalent) or higher, 32 GB RAM, Windows 11+

Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of d 100+ Mbps and upload/50+Mbps
