What you’ll do

- Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer support in a fast-paced call environment, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Assist with essential home service needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), resolving customer concerns with care and efficiency




- Complete professional certification programs as part of your role

Requirements

- Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) in fixed 8-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 operation (no class schedule conflicts)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
- 1+ year of professional customer service experience
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems

Technical requirements

- Laptop with Intel i5 (or equivalent) or higher, 32 GB RAM, Windows 11+
- Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of d 100+ Mbps and upload/50+Mbps
- Noise-canceling headset
- Dual monitors (20” minimum)
