We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support both internal and external customers throughout the entire purchasing cycle.

This role is responsible for responding to customer requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are processed, invoiced, and delivered correctly and on time.





Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries.

- Provide purchase order status updates.
- Process and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Resolve issues and provide support to internal and external customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Manage and maintain customer contracts.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
