Objetivo:
Implementar Aplicaciones (APP) herramientas Globales que interactúa con todas las herramientas del site.
Entrenamiento para el equipo que interactúa directamente con las aplicaciones y/o herramientas y asegurar que se lleve de la manera consistente el uso de las herramientas y aplicaciones.




Proveer retroalimentación al área de Soporte (especialistas) para mejorar o corregir algún problema de la aplicación / herramientas.
