- Assembly instruction creation.
- Support production cells with problems during the assembly process.
- Lead and train production employees within the manufacturing environment on new product launches.
- Perform time studies, line balance and eliminate non-value-added operations.
- Fixture creation, Layouts, initiate root cause analysis, and perform mistake proofing.
- Consolidate and track improvement projects.
- Lead projects within the framework of the process improvement roadmap.
- Time studies and line balancing keep updated PFMEA.
- Creates and maintains all product documentation AI’s.
- Supports equipment installation and setup.
- Validation of equipment, tooling, fixtures, and process.
- Able to coach level I, II, and Jr. Engineers.




- BS degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering or any related engineering field.
- 80% English.
- Microsoft Office
- Autocad or Solid Works.
- Must be 7 + years of experience in fiber optic cables
- Experience with copper cables and harnesses is a plus.
- Experience in Transfers from other sites.
- Project leadership skills, including multi-cultural teams.
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Green Belt (preferable) is a plus.
