Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residente de Obra role based in Campeche. The Residente de Obra oversees daily construction activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project plans, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment, and monitoring timelines, quality, and costs.

Qualifications

Ability to supervise construction activities on-site, including coordination of labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, and safety regulations relevant to building and infrastructure projects.

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers,



project managers, clients, and on-site personnel.

Strong problem-solving abilities for handling operational issues, unexpected site conditions, and schedule adjustments.

Relevant technical education in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Previous experience in site supervision or resident engineer roles on construction projects in Mexico is highly beneficial.

Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and adherence to applicable codes and regulations.
