Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material,



and technical.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and plant support activities.
- High-level Microsoft Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Medium-level PowerPoint knowledge, including ability to create clear storylines and professional.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Preferred knowledge of torque-controlled fastening systems, DC tools, transducerized tools, safety-critical tooling, or traceability systems. Preferred knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, PFMEA, Control Plans, or process validation activities.
- Experience: Entry-level engineering role. Previous internship, co-op, plant support, tooling, manufacturing, torque systems, or project experience preferred.
