Role Description The Sales Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tijuana, BCN. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

The Sales

Supervisor will guide and support the sales team, coordinate schedules, and provide real-time coaching to maintain high-quality customer interactions. This position will handle escalated customer issues, collaborate with other departments to optimize processes, and report on sales results and trends to management. The role also includes conducting training sessions, implementing sales initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Tijuana, BCN, with flexibility for rotating shifts as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
