Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Hourly Rate: $14 - $17 USD per hour

Start Date: Immediate (Project starts mid-August)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to bridge business needs with Salesforce solutions. The adecuado candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and stakeholders.
- Support UAT and user training.
- Create process documentation and reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:





- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration.

Work Environment:

- Remote position based in Mexico.
- Contract engagement.
- Working Hours: Must be available to work until 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
- Immediate start (Project starts mid-August).
