Salesforce Solution Architect at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable multi-cloud architectures that align with complex business objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor, transforming organizational needs into robust technical roadmaps while ensuring the integrity and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do

- Architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds to support enterprise growth.
- Define comprehensive integration patterns and data models to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into maintainable system designs.
- Establish platform governance standards and best practices for identity resolution and data management.
- Oversee the delivery of complex initiatives,



providing technical leadership to engineering teams from design through deployment.
- Optimize the Salesforce environment for scalability and performance, utilizing core technologies like Apex and LWC.

What We Are Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in data modeling, identity resolution, and complex system designs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce core technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong background in leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
