Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. The idóneo candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to improve business operations using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Support Salesforce configuration and implementation projects.

- Assist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

- Prepare user documentation and provide training when needed.

- Collaborate with developers,



administrators, and project managers.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce.

- Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
