Salesforce Solution

Architect at BairesDev As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable multi-cloud architectures that align with complex business objectives. You will act as a strategic advisor, transforming organizational needs into robust technical roadmaps while ensuring the integrity and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do Architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds to support enterprise growth.

Define comprehensive integration patterns and data models to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.

Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into maintainable system designs.

Establish platform governance standards and best practices for identity resolution and data management.





Oversee the delivery of complex initiatives, providing technical leadership to engineering teams from design through deployment.

Optimize the Salesforce environment for scalability and performance, utilizing core technologies like Apex and LWC.

What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Salesforce ecosystem.

Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures and integration patterns.

Proficiency in data modeling, identity resolution, and complex system designs.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce core technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong background in leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
