These are just some of the areas in which we operate! Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an SAP FI/CO Fixed Assets, CAPEX & Leasing Consultant. As an SAP FI/CO Fixed Assets, CAPEX & Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions that support Finance transformation projects across multiple countries.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand financial processes, translate business needs into system solutions, and ensure successful implementation of SAP functionalities. Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor for Finance teams, gathering business requirements and translating them into effective SAP S/4HANA functional solutions.

Design, configure, test, and implement end-to-end SAP FI/CO solutions focused on Fixed Assets, CAPEX, and Leasing processes.

Support system enhancements and changes – from initial assessment and solution design through testing, documentation, and deployment into production.

Collaborate with general and local teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Ensure SAP solutions comply with company standards, security requirements, quality processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including system integrations and process improvements.

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of professional experience with SAP FI/CO, with strong expertise in:

Fixed Assets (FI-AA)

CAPEX processes





Leasing processes (SAP Contract Lease Management – CLM)

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Experience implementing SAP solutions for international markets, especially Latin America or APAC countries.

Strong understanding of Finance processes, including:

Asset lifecycle management (creation, transfer, reassessment, retirement)

Asset classes and depreciation keys

IFRS16 Leasing processes

CAPEX projects and investment management

WBS → Asset under Construction (AuC) → Capitalization → Depreciation flows

Knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules, especially:

MM (Materials Management)

SD (Sales & Distribution)

PP (Production Planning)

Experience with SAP system validation processes, including documentation, testing, and compliance activities.

Good understanding of Finance processes such as General Ledger, financial close, reporting, and internal controls.

Advanced English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP data migration projects (ERP → S/4HANA).

Knowledge of SAP tools supporting CAPEX planning and investment management, such as:

SAP SAC

CPPO

CapEx-go

Care

Experience with audit requirements, financial governance, and compliance standards (IFRS, internal controls).

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and working in global project environments. Core Expertise:
