GC Realty & Development, LLC offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to take full ownership of our recruiting process from start to finish. This role goes beyond mere hiring; it's about shaping our future by identifying talent needs and ensuring every new team member's journey, from recruitment to their first day, is seamless and impactful. This is a full-time, dedicated position, demanding your complete focus and commitment.
**We offer**:
- Hourly rate of $10.00 to $15.00 USD, based on experience
- Performance based compensation paid monthly
- 10 days of PTO every year

**To qualify you must**:
- Have **at least** 2 years of experience working as a full time Recruiter
- Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (**C1 or C2 English Level**)
- Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, dual monitor and microphone
- Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection(lots of video)
- Have a comfortable, quiet working space
- Have full-time availability**:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (CST)**
**A recruiter will**:
- ** Recruitment & Hiring**: Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding, using strategies to attract top talent. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- ** Employee Relations**: Manage employee relations and conduct exit interviews for insights.
- ** Onboarding & Offboarding**: Oversee smooth onboarding/offboarding, handling background checks and documentation.
- ** HR Administration**:



Maintain HR files, communicate policy changes, and implement employee appreciation.
- ** Reporting**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
