Role Description The Scrum Master role at mroads is a full-time position based in Benito Juárez, CMX, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home.

The Scrum

Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams remain focused on delivery and continuous improvement. This role will help development teams refine and manage user stories, remove impediments, and promote adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Master will collaborate closely with product owners, software developers, and stakeholders to enhance communication, align priorities, and support high-quality software delivery.



Ongoing responsibilities also include tracking team performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sprint Planning skills and demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess team performance, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience working with User Stories, including creation, refinement, and backlog management.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Software Development processes and Agile methodologies, preferably in a technical product environment.
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator; Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and coordinate efforts across onsite and remote team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
