Senior Data Quality

Engineer at BairesDev As a Senior Data Quality Engineer, you will own the automation of data quality frameworks within the lakehouse environment to guarantee trust and precision across enterprise data assets. You will serve as a key custodian of reliability, ensuring data products adhere to strict completeness SLAs and remain resilient against schema anomalies.

What You'll Do Design and implement automated data quality validation frameworks across pipelines and data products.

Develop robust mechanisms for schema drift detection to capture format variations dynamically.

Establish and enforce data completeness SLAs to guarantee high-integrity data availability.





Build automated regression testing suites tailored to lakehouse architectures.

Partner with engineering teams to identify, isolate, and resolve structural data defects.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Quality, or a related role.

Proven expertise in data quality automation within Databricks lakehouse environments.

Hands-on experience implementing automated DQ validation, regression testing, and completeness SLAs.

Strong knowledge of schema drift detection and Great Expectations or Deequ-style frameworks.
