As design authority for the electrical engineering discipline, you will manage multiple projects, deliver advanced electrical specifications and analysis, and ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards,



and safety requirements.The work model for the role is: role is contributing to the NEMA Baldor/Reliance Custom Motor Design Engineering Team} in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. Main stakeholders are Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales.You will be mainly accountable for:Design and specify electrical components for custom NEMA motors with complete winding designs, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM)Apply engineering principles and sound judgment to optimize motor performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityPerform engineering calculations including performance analysis, thermal considerations, and regulatory compliance verificationDevelop winding designs and electrical specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, and constructionCreate detailed electrical designs and specifications meeting Customer Order requirements and Industry StandardsEnsure all designs incorporate safety, r
