Senior Embedded Engineer (Real-Time) at BairesDev

As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you will architect and develop deterministic systems that operate within strict real-time constraints. You will ensure the reliability and precision of mission-critical software by integrating low-level code with high-performance hardware environments.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement deterministic software architectures for safety-critical applications.
- Develop and optimize firmware on various RTOS platforms to meet hard real-time deadlines.
- Configure real-time scheduling and task priorities to ensure system predictability and stability.
- Manage hardware-software interfaces while adhering to strict memory and processing limitations.




- Conduct deep-level debugging and performance tuning to resolve complex timing and synchronization issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless hardware integration.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Embedded Systems or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building real-time, deterministic systems using RTOS such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, Zephyr, or QNX.
- Advanced proficiency in real-time scheduling and managing hard real-time constraints.
- Deep understanding of hardware constraints and safety-critical system development.
- Strong background in low-level debugging and system optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
