Senior Full Stack Developer | Java + React + AWS | Mexico/LATAM

? Location: Remote residents inside (Mexico, Colombia and Costa Rica)

Join a high-performing AIT (AI-integrated Technology) delivery team supporting a BIG customer from USA, a major US automotive industry client.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer , you will work on greenfield initiatives and enhancements for Vehicle Services software systems, collaborating with talented engineers in Vietnam and stakeholders in the US.

You’ll be part of a three-shore delivery model , serving as the nearshore engineering link between the US and Vietnam, while using AI-assisted development practices as part of your daily engineering workflow.

? What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and ReactJS .
- Contribute to cloud-native architecture and engineering practices on AWS .
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through production support.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Collaborate across US, Mexico/LATAM, and Vietnam teams.
- Take ownership of unit, integration, and E2E testing — there is no dedicated QA engineer on the team.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Spec Kit, or equivalent AI coding assistants for code generation, code reviews, and test authoring.
- Contribute to AI integration and orchestration patterns, including LLM-based components where applicable.




- Pair with engineers to solve complex technical challenges and communicate technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

? What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience delivering full-stack applications end-to-end , from conception through production support.
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or 7 years of industry experience in lieu of a degree ; alternatively, an MS in Computer Science with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Curiosity and openness toward new technologies and AI-assisted development .
