Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and a diverse ecosystem of business and technology platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and resilient integrations that support IT Service Management, Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Asset Management, Monitoring, Cloud Operations, and Automation use cases. This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow integration technologies, API design, middleware platforms, cloud services, and enterprise integration patterns.

The engineer will work closely with ServiceNow platform teams, enterprise architects, operations teams, infrastructure teams, application owners, and third-party vendors to deliver business-critical integrations and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Integration Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end integration architectures for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
- Define integration strategies, patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate system interoperability requirements and recommend appropriate integration approaches.
- Produce high-quality technical designs, solution documentation, and architecture diagrams.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, resilient, and support enterprise governance standards.

ServiceNow ITSM Integration Development

- Build and maintain integrations supporting:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Asset Management

- Develop bi-directional integrations with:

- Monitoring tools
- Identity platforms
- ERP systems
- Collaboration tools
- Cloud platforms
- DevOps toolchains

ServiceNow ITOM Integration Development

- Develop integrations supporting:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Operational Intelligence
- Cloud Discovery
- Cloud Management
- Orchestration
- CMDB Data Sources

- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise observability and monitoring platforms including:

- Azure Monitor
- Dynatrace
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- Datadog
- SolarWinds
- SCOM





API & Middleware Engineering

- Develop REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations.
- Leverage:
- ServiceNow Integration Hub
- Flow Designer
- MID Servers
- Web Services
- Scripted APIs

- Build integrations using middleware solutions such as:

- Azure Integration Services
- MuleSoft
- Boomi
- Workato
- Informatica
- Kafka

Automation & Orchestration

- Implement automated workflows to reduce manual operational effort.
- Design event-driven automation patterns for incident creation and remediation.
- Develop orchestration solutions supporting infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and self-healing capabilities.

CMDB & Data Quality

- Support CMDB integration strategy and governance.
- Design CI ingestion and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with CMDB standards.
- Build automated validation and data quality monitoring processes.

DevOps & Platform Engineering

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow integration deployments.
- Maintain version control and release management processes.
- Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices.
- Support platform reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications Experience

- 8+ years of enterprise integration engineering experience.
- 5+ years working with ServiceNow platform integrations.
- Proven experience implementing integrations across ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
- Experience delivering integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
