Altimetrik is looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join a high-impact FinTech project, working alongside experienced engineers to design and build scalable, cloud-native backend solutions.

We're seeking a highly skilled backend professional with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and enterprise application development , capable of taking ownership from technical design through production deployment.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of Java Backend Development experience
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
- Experience building REST APIs and enterprise-grade backend applications
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Software Design Principles
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, or similar services)
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Pull Requests, and Code Reviews
- Advanced English (B2+/C1) – Required

Nice to Have:

- FinTech or Financial Services experience
- Docker and Kubernetes




- Kafka or Event-Driven Architectures
- Cloud-native development experience
