Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Seasonal Planning

- Lead the assortment planning and line review process across brands and categories.

- Develop seasonal assortments aligned with consumer insights, channel needs, market trends, and financial objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities across categories, product silhouettes, pricing architecture, and distribution channels.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategies support overall business goals.

Product Lifecycle Management

- Own the product lifecycle from initial planning through end-of-life management.

- Lead the seasonal buying process and ensure successful execution of assortment strategies.

- Define inventory strategies and commercial priorities by brand, category, and channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Manage inventory risks and implement action plans to maximize product availability,



sell-through performance, and portfolio profitability.

Commercial Performance Management

- Monitor and analyze weekly sales performance, gross margin, inventory levels, and key business KPIs.

- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize commercial results and drive sustainable growth.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.

- Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business targets.

- Ensure portfolio optimization across brands, categories, and channels.

- Guarantee consistent execution of merchandising and commercial strategies across all sales channels.
