Senior NetSuite Developer at BairesDev

As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will lead the implementation and customization of the Oracle NetSuite platform to optimize enterprise business processes. You will serve as the technical architect for financial systems, ensuring that complex operational requirements are translated into scalable and well-governed digital solutions.

What You'll Do

- Architect and develop custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to streamline Accounting and Finance operations.
- Design and manage complex integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems to ensure transactional integrity and seamless data flow.
- Map end-to-end business processes and translate functional needs into technical configurations that support long-term platform scalability.
- Establish robust governance and deployment practices, including version control and thorough documentation for all system modifications.




- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build advanced reporting tools and dashboards that provide deep operational visibility.
- Ensure system stability and audit readiness by maintaining internal controls and optimizing existing customizations for performance.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in NetSuite development, implementation, and customization.
- Proven expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) to automate processes and build custom tools.
- Proficiency in NetSuite tools including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk for integrations.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite data models, saved searches, and advanced reporting.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
