**Job description**:
Take patient history of injury and medical history with our Spanish speaking patients over the phone.
Ability to effectively summarize the history and transcribe audio recordings/ written notes of healthcare professionals into written reports in English.
Edit and proofread: Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting in English.
Update medical records: Locate errors or inconsistencies in the transcriptions and fill in missing information
Submit for approval: Submit the report to physician for approval
Follow confidentiality rules: Protect patient confidentiality at all times
Medical transcriptionists/ Report Editor will work from home and is able to meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position, at least 40 hours per week.
Payment issued per completed report on a monthly basis.
