Senior Product Manager

One Call is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that improve customer experiences and drive business impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-centered solutions from concept through launch.

What you’ll do

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities and solve real user problems.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver product initiatives.
- Own product delivery by managing priorities, removing blockers, and communicating progress with stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and measure product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and optimization.




- Advocate for an exceptional user experience by incorporating customer feedback into product decisions.
- Continuously iterate based on data, market trends, and customer needs.

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing products from concept to launch.
- Experience working with Agile product development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate customer insights and business needs into successful product strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Passion for building products that solve meaningful customer problems.
