Senior Product Manager at BairesDev

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of product features. You will play a key role in defining the product vision and ensuring that engineering efforts align with overarching business objectives to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions.

What You'll Do

- Lead the evolution and market success of enterprise platforms by defining strategic roadmaps.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on high-value features.
- Conduct in-depth user research to gain a shared understanding of user needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Foster synergy across cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data, to ensure seamless project execution.




- Utilize various prioritization frameworks to optimize efforts and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and goal alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
- Proven expertise in product backlog management and feature prioritization.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable roadmap plans.
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
