Key Responsibilities

- Work with our Mexican team to establish Regrut as a strong brand on Mexican and LATAM market
- Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across various channels
- Find and assess top talent who are ready to take their careers international and move to Montenegro, Croatia and other European countries
- Be able to sell our services to the LATAM potential candidates who want to work in Europe
- Connect with key stakeholders in the country (universities, professional employment institutions, professional schools, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes based on input from European office and together with our team in Latin America




- Work closely with our friendly and experienced team in Mexico and Montenegro
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for candidates in hospitality, construction, production and other industries
- Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in business development or recruitment in large scale industries (hospitality, construction, production or similar)
- Strong business acumen and candidate management skills
- Understanding of Mexican market and strong networking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills in English
