Position: Salesforce Developer/ Architect

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid – 1 to 2 days per month onsite)

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of experience specializing in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud. This role focuses on developing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

Configure Salesforce objects, automation, validation rules, and Flows.

Develop integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements.





Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and solution design.

Support production deployments and post-production maintenance.

Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.

Required

Qualifications

5–7 years of Salesforce Development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Flows

REST/SOAP APIs

SOQL/SOSL

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce is highly preferred.

Experience working in Agile development teams.
