About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to help develop next-generation traffic management and fleet orchestration solutions for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) operating in warehouse and logistics environments.

In this role, you will design and develop software responsible for real-time decision-making, vehicle routing, congestion avoidance, traffic control, task orchestration, and operational optimization across large autonomous fleets.

This is not a traditional business application development position. You will work on distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and real-time software that directly impacts autonomous vehicle operations and warehouse automation performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop software that coordinates large fleets of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and AGVs.
- Implement traffic management algorithms that optimize vehicle flow, prevent congestion, and maximize operational throughput.
- Develop systems that manage intersection control, right-of-way rules, path reservation, and dynamic rerouting.
- Build scalable backend services using C#/.NET and modern microservices architectures.
- Develop highly available cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Create monitoring and analytics solutions that provide real-time visibility into fleet performance, traffic patterns, bottlenecks, and system health.
- Develop and optimize routing, dispatching, task assignment, and fleet coordination algorithms.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and engineering design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Controls Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Implement software engineering best practices, including CI/CD,



automated testing, observability, and code quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience developing enterprise-grade solutions using:
- C#
- .NET / .NET Core
- SQL Server or other relational databases
- Git-based source control systems
- Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems.

- Knowledge of fleet optimization, routing algorithms, dispatching, or traffic control systems.
- Experience working in warehouse automation, logistics automation, or industrial automation environments.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols.
- Experience developing real-time or mission-critical applications.
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments.
