Engineer (Insurance) at BairesDev As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the Insurance domain, you will spearhead the development and modernization of business-critical systems. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to enhance the efficiency of core insurance processes while maintaining high standards of software quality and architectural integrity.

What You'll Do Design and evolve scalable backend services for policy administration and claims management.

Lead legacy modernization initiatives to transition core insurance platforms to modern architectures.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement complex business logic across life, P&C;, and commercial auto sectors.





Optimize the performance and reliability of underwriting systems to support high-volume transactions.

Ensure technical excellence by defining best practices and providing architectural guidance for insurance-focused products.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on the insurance domain.

Proven expertise in developing and modernizing policy administration, claims, and underwriting systems.

Advanced proficiency in backend stacks and legacy system modernization.

Deep understanding of various insurance sectors including life, P&C;, and commercial auto.
