Senior SRE at BairesDev

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead the efforts to ensure the highest levels of availability and performance for our production systems. You will serve as a key link between software development and systems operations, engineering scalable solutions that balance the speed of innovation with the stability of the environment.

What You'll Do

- Architect and maintain highly available Kubernetes-based infrastructure across diverse environments.
- Define and manage critical reliability metrics, including SLOs and SLIs, to drive data-driven operational decisions.
- Lead the response to production incidents and conduct thorough post-mortems to prevent recurrence and improve system resilience.
- Design and implement comprehensive observability frameworks to provide deep visibility into system health and performance.




- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning to reduce toil and ensure consistent, reproducible environments.
- Foster a culture of reliability by collaborating with engineering teams on architectural reviews and production readiness standards.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in managing and scaling production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting using Python or Go.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Demonstrated ability in incident response management and the definition of SLOs/SLIs.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
