ServiceNow Architect at BairesDev

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures to meet complex business requirements. You will align technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and well-governed platform environment.

What You'll Do

- Design enterprise-wide ServiceNow instance strategies and architectural roadmaps.
- Define and implement robust integration patterns between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Establish platform governance frameworks to maintain system health and ensure long-term stability.
- Optimize ServiceNow configurations and workflows to enhance technical efficiency and performance.




- Apply ITIL best practices to drive the standardization and maturity of service management processes.

What We Are Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Platform Design, or IT Infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise ServiceNow architecture and instance strategies.
- Proficiency in implementing complex ServiceNow integration patterns and platform governance.
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and performance optimization within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and system administration.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
