**Key Responsibilities**
**With prior experience in plastic injection molding**, manufacturing, or similar industry**:
- Analyze current injection molding and thermoforming processes to identify improvement
opportunities.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to
enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Develop and refine production processes to ensure high-quality output and adherence to
performance metrics.
Manage the lifecycle of technical projects.
Experiência y requisitos
- ** 5+ years of experience** in process, preferably in a **plastics manufacturing environment or similar**:
- ** English Fluid**:
- ** VISA & Passport**. The ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.




- ** Project management experience**:
- Experience with metal machining, fabrication, and forming desired.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
