We are looking for **NPI Manufacturing Engineer**.
**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:
- Lead the NPI process for new products, from design to production launch.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment for new products.
- Conduct process capability studies and implement quality control measures.
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure component availability.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
**Qualifications, Skills and Education**:
**_ Required Qualifications_**_:_
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, injection molding, and assembly.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
**_Preferred Qualifications_**_:_
- Familiarity with CAD and CNC cutting software - AutoCAD,
- Bilingual - English & Spanish.
