**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for centralized quality assurance and control activities for a given project or group of projects at customer site.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Support the development of the Quality Culture on requirement management, Customer Complaint management, Non-conformity management and align with General instructions.
- Work with team members to find creative solutions to address complex problems
- Ability to travel to support team.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineer, 2+ years related work experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).




- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong problem solving, continuous improvement, lean, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and implement complex influencing/negotiating strategies at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Alternating Current Substation Projects
**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong desire to learn and keep updated on regulations and standards.
- Leadership skills to support Process Adherence at all functions.
- Experience in Quality Site Execution for Alternative Current Substation
- Knowledge Circuit Breakers, High / Medium Voltage Transformers, Disconnectors
