Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair and train customers on CNC Cutting Machine Products.
- Write technical reports describing malfunctions and deviations from design specifications
- Diagnose malfunctioned equipment.
- Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on customer’s machines.
- Communicate and troubleshoot with customer, programmers, engineers, technicians, and production personnel to resolve problem. Includes communications with customer’s operators and maintenance personnel.
- Make timely travel arrangements to accommodate customer’s needs.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or 2-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with ESAB equipment a plus.
- Able to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional & technical journals, and governmental regulations, will be highly technical.
- Excellent written and oral communications, fluent in English
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Domestic travel required 100% and some international travel.
