**Production Supervisor**
**Requirements**:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Current passport.
- Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Personnel management.
- Gender indistinct.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the indicators assigned to your area.
- Distribute daily tasks to your work team.
- Evaluate the performance of your work team, identifying the training needs of your areas.
- Organize and participate in the training of new employees and in the continuous development of team members.
- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Comply with the Procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management System, participate in training corresponding to the processes.




- Report anomalies / deviations within the processes.
- Compliance with critical quality and process characteristics.
- Participation in training, drills and safety talks.
- Comply with the Procedures and Instructions of the Environmental Management System.
- Participate in training on environmental prevention measures applicable to the organization.
**Location**:Apodaca, N.L.
