**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans in coordination with internal teams and assign resources and set deadlines.
- Monitor progress by identifying and resolving bottlenecks or risks to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate with supervisor to ensure client needs are translated into practical project plans.
- Ensure all internal project resources are aligned by organizing internal team meetings to maintain momentum and clarity with project tasks.
- Proactively identify issues that could affect timelines or quality and take steps to mitigate them.
- Provide regular project status reports to supervisor and internal stakeholders, outlining progress, potential risks, and solutions.
- Ensure that all projects meet the agency’s standards for quality and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate with client Account Manager for follow-up.
**Requirements**:




- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience with project management software ClickUp.
- Experience managing a technical project, such as a website, through all steps of the software development cycle.
- Experience managing graphic design, digital, print, and PDF production projects.
- Ability to adapt to strict client requirements for data handling and general security best practices and processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Eastern (GMT-5) working hours.
**Pluses**:
- Waterfall and agile methodology a plus.
- Experience with video projects a plus.
- Content Management System (Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AEM) experience—as a user or content manager—a plus.
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per month
