**About the Position**:
This is a **hybrid role**, providing flexibility after the initial training period. Training and the first few weeks will be conducted onsite, allowing you to gain a solid understanding of the product and sales process. Once you demonstrate strong results, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule with **2 days in the office and 3 days working from home**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to businesses in the food and beverage industry.
- Offer trials of the ice cream machine to interested clients and coordinate next steps.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of the machine and how it stands out in the market.
- Handle objections and questions from potential clients professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.




**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment.
- Experience with outbound sales calls (preferred, but not required).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and commitment to a **Monday to Friday work schedule**.
