**Overview**:
This position is responsible to manage and optimize the flow of the transfer orders between IMI Qro and Distribution Center, to ensure effective communication, accurate demand tracking and ensure customer service standards.
**Responsibilities**:
Demand Planner: Ensures review meetings between Querétaro and Distribution center, providing relevant information on the status of critical materials, order verification and delays, and assist in identifying effective solutions.
Demand Analysis,



prepare and present periodic reports on the status of orders, critical materials, and demand analysis, providing key information to IMI management.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with IMI production planners and other departments (such as logistics and purchasing) to ensure operations are aligned with end-customer needs. Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth processes.
Special Project Management: Participate in special projects related to process improvement, inventory optimization, or new strategic initiatives within IMI.
