**Respobilities**
Responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of training, competence certification and development programmes for operational staff.
Responsible for the design and/or adaptation and implementation of projects to improve the services provided to staff.
Coach and advise trainers or facilitators to improve their delivery methods and content.
Facilitates training sessions, workshops and other educational opportunities, using a variety of instructional methods.
Conduct exit interviews of Operational Staff who have resigned voluntarily.
Ensures that all training initiatives comply with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
Co-ordinates that Operator performance appraisals are carried out in a timely manner.




Manage staff training records.

- Engineer's degree or better in Education or related field
