Desired Experience:
- Strong Experience with AWS
- 2+ years of Cloud Architecture experience (Design, Build, Support and maintain complex cloud-based solutions)
- 2+ Years of experience with Linux Operating Systems
- 2+ Years of Experience working with IaaS
- 2+ Years of Experience working with PaaS
- Definition of monitoring alerts and response to alerts
- Creation of processes, procedures, and documentation (Playbooks and Runbooks)
- Lead post incident reviews and enforce best practices
- Experience reporting KPIs and KRIs
Skills and Knowledge
- Familiarity with IT Service Management
- OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Deployment, Monitoring and Administration of SQL and NoSQL.
- Design and Implementation of CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab/Github)
- Infrastructure as Code principles, tools and best practices
- Creation of technical specifications covering quality attributes, diagrams, associated risk aswell as technical and system requirements.
- Configuration Management Systems (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Markup Languages (YAML, HCL)
- Advanced English

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (Associate)
- Strong Scripting Knowledge (Python)
- Experience with Security and Compliance in regulated environments
Main Activities:
- Support and Manage platform administration for enterprise Workloads
- Handle Incident/Change Management Requests
- Perform root cause analysis
- Create and update knowledge base materials
- Identify repetitive tasks and explore automation alternatives.
- Identify automation opportunities for Software and Infrastructure deployment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service outages and conduct root cause analysis.
- Communicate technical constraints and decisions to Development teams.
- Facilitate cooperation across stakeholders and prioritize architectural drivers.
- Design and develop capabilities for Cloud Solutions
- Participate in the migration of workloads to cloud. Including Consulting, Design and Promotion of Cloud Solutions.
