Right now we are looking for a **Recruiter**with a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier tech talent, complemented by expertise in **People Analytics Focus**to join our team at Globant! This hybrid role combines traditional recruitment responsibilities with data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve hiring outcomes. **You will get the chance to**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and employee referrals, to attract top IT talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement analytics frameworks that enhance decision-making in talent acquisition.
- Create dashboards and reports to track recruitment KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning initiatives by integrating recruitment insights with broader organizational data.
**What will help you succeed**:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT recruitment, including technical and senior-level hiring.
- Strong expertise in People Analytics or experience integrating data analytics into recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Exceptional organizational,



problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret and present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced level of English
