**What You’ll Do**
- Critically analyze statements against pre-defined criteria to determine if such statements qualify based on criteria
- Manage data within Google Sheets, maintaining and writing complex formulas/functions
- Identify and interface with product teams and other relevant client teams via meetings, chat, and tooling to bring complex issues to resolution
- Maintain end-to-end process documentation
- Use critical thinking to break down problems and support your analysis with data
**What You’ll Bring**
- Business-level fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Willing to get into the weeds with a high attention to detail; this work is nuanced, and small differences can have a large impact on the correct outcome




- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; priorities change regularly, and adaptability is key to success, including moving quickly into entirely new roles
- Being proactive and self-driven; finding ways to add value where the value is needed
- Stakeholder Management; comfortable interacting with various client stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, with discernment on flagging risks
- Spreadsheet mastery; comfort with understanding and writing spreadsheet functions
